How to order your custom tumbler:

1. Place your order through our website.
2. Once payment has been completed, email your customisation details to deardestinestudios@gmail.com.
3. Include your Shopify order number in the email subject, for example: Order #1047 – Tumbler Customisation.
4. Tell us your chosen wording, name, theme, colours or other design requirements. You can also attach your photo, logo or reference image.
5. We’ll match your customisation to your order and send a design preview for approval before production begins.

Important: Please make sure your order number is included so we can match your customisation to the correct purchase.

Order processing & delivery: All orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed, delivery takes an additional 2–3 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
