RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Dear Destine Studios
Thank you for purchasing from Dear Destine Studios. We want you to be happy with your purchase and have access to the products you paid for.
Digital Products
Most products currently available from Dear Destine Studios are digital products, including digital storybooks, colouring and activity pages, journals, planners, templates and other downloadable materials.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, we generally cannot accept returns once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed.
However, this policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Digital Products
If you receive:
- a file that is corrupted or cannot be opened;
- an incorrect file;
- a product that is materially different from the product description; or
- a digital product with a significant technical defect,
please contact us at deardestinestudios@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order details and, where applicable, a description or screenshot of the problem. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Download or Access Problems
If you have purchased a digital product but are experiencing difficulty accessing or downloading it, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will do our best to help you obtain the product you purchased.
Change of Mind
Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed or downloaded, a refund will generally not be provided solely because the customer has changed their mind, subject always to any rights provided by applicable law.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the timeframe required by law or the relevant payment provider.
Physical Products
If physical products are introduced to the store in future, their return, exchange and refund conditions may differ from those applicable to digital products. The applicable policy will be communicated for the relevant product.
